Ententes : 7 mois de prison ferme pour un cadre BA

La justice américaine vient de condamner l'ancien directeur cargo de British Airways à sept mois de prison ferme et 20 000 dollars d'amende dans l'affaire des ententes tarifaires sur le transport de fret. Avec British Airways, huit autres compagnies aériennes ont déjà payé des amendes sur le même dossier : Air france, KLM et sa filiale Martinair, SAS, Qantas, Korean, Japan Airlines et Cathay Pacific.
