Bonjour,
Lors d'un voyage au Brésil, je suis rentrée le 18 novembre, ma valise a été détériorée pendant le transport. J'ai fait une déclaration de sinistre à Manaus, Que dois-je faire maintenant ? Merci de votre réponse.

Bonjour,

Je vous contacte car je vaoudrais confirmer notre vol de retout au Chili le 20/02 No de reservation PBPPS pour 2 adultes Paris-Sau Paulo via TAM et Sao-Paulo/Santiago du Chilie via Lan.
En effet, je veudrais reserver 2 sieges cote/corte car ma femme est Diabetique (depandante de l'insuline) et je dois l'assiter et aider pour son traitement medicaux.

Bonjour
j'ai eu des problèmes avec ma valise et du retard du vol. Le personnel de la Tam est incapable de résoudre les problèmes. C'est une compagnie très peu professionnel.
