Kuoni Voyages Holding SA a annoncé l'acquisition "Destination Management Organisation", la branche voyage d'affaires de l'entreprise américaine TBA Global, LLC.
"Destination Management Organisation" portera le nom de "Kuoni Destination Management" et sera dirigé par AlliedTPro, selon un communiqué de presse publié mardi.
"Destination Management Organisation" compte 9 bureaux aux Etats-Unis et 65 salariés qui resteront au sein de l'entreprise. Elle affiche un chiffre d'affaires annuel net de 24 mio CHF.
